General Advice
Please save the environment by using the electrical appliances, airconditioners, heaters and water responsibly.
Please look after this property as you would your own home. Renters must lock the Villa secutely and ensure all doors and windows are closed when away from the Villa.
It is extremely wasteful and expensive if airconditioners are left on when away from the Villa or with doors or windows open.Please note electricity of upto 75 Euros per week is normally more than adequate and included in the rental charge, any usage above this level will be charged at additional cost.
Due to the size of the property it is served by 4 electric boilers, one for each floor and one for the kitchen. You will need to switch all the boilers on on arrival and off on departure.
Please use air-conditioners responsibly. It is wasteful if doors/windows are not shut when air-conditioning is switched on and may lead to additional charges for electricity.
Please turn off air-conditioner if you are out for the day and also when you check out at the end of your holiday.
Marble floors can be slippery, please exercise care especially if wet.
Place rubbish in plastic bags and leave in wheelie bins provided outside the main gate at the left hand side of the road as you leave the development. Any rubbish left behind will incur a minimum charge of Euros 25 by the cleaning company.
At the end of a wash cycle, switch off the washing machine and wait for a few minutes, an audible click will indicate that the machine can be opened.
Children must be supervised at all times including in the bath, on the terraces and in the pool. The villa is on is situated at a height on a hillside!
For assistance with communal matters or in the unlikely event of problems with apartment services like water, electricity etc., you may approach the the management company who will be happy to assist.
Please report any damage to the villa or its contents to the owner and/or Management Company.
Please return the villa keys without delay so that your deposit (minus any necessary deductions for damage or breakage) can be returned promptly.
Pool heating is included normally in the charge Oct-May only. A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for effective pool heating. Pool heating is not required June-September inclusive.
Please keep a set of keys with you at all times, if you lock yourself out, the management company will charge you a callout fee to let you back in.

- · A key is included for the pedestrian gate at the main entrance
- · A key for the entrance gate to Villa Los Pulus
- · A key for the front entrance door to Villa Los Pulus
- · A key for the upstairs door to the terrace
